Those drizzilicious things sound so good. 21 seems like a good amount to fill a sweet tooth too. What hurts my feelings on the new plan is cheese. The points went up even on the light cheese sticks. They are only 50 calories

I use the Lakanto Monk Fruit sweeteners in place of sugar. I can't tell the difference and they're a 1:1 replacement for sugar. Love your videos. I live in Lenexa, KS, but I 'm a native Floridian. Been here 9 years. Close to both of my kids and the grandkids.

Not sure if you have a Trader Joe’s near you. I got a fresh mixed vegetable called holiday Hash. It’s a mixture of carrots butternut squash sage and onions. I roasted that last night with alfresco chicken apple sausage. Delicious

Glad you made it home safe. When your notification pops up on my IPad I grab a tablet and pen. Have to try the Palmini noodles, Drizzlicious cakes and the Poppers. My treat/dessert is usually frozen applesauce cups, I set one out after dinner and that is my TV snack. I am off my main sugar medicine and the doc said to be especially aware of my carbs. I also see what you mean about your last video with the Fairlife offers in the milk isle….too many choices but I think I picked a good one, they didn’t have the one you pictured so will have to try more stores. Thank you for sharing and enabling us to be on track through the holidays 🎄🥰

Hi Barrett-I’m so glad you made it safely back to St. Louis! You started with a great haul. I’m so sorry that your refrigerator died and you lost food. I have been through that before. Have a great week! 😎🌟

I’m a newish follower and was wondering how long have you been traveling from home to Florida? I can relate because we live in Northern California (my husband, kids and I) and my parents and then my dad started a company in la and was driving back and forth for almost 8 years. They have been renting in la and just sold their house in Northern California this summer. It’s been hard for all of us but slowly we’ve gotten use to the new norm. Happy holidays ❤️

I cook a bag of apples with butter and add cinnamon at the end. I boil until no liquid is left. Store in refrigerator- this is a go to food for sweet cravings. I microwave and add lite cool whip. They are good. The other thing I do is buy grapes- wash- take stems off and freeze in a freezer bag. This is my other go to food for sweet cravings.
