I love cooking these on my SCANPAN HaptIQ nonstick frypan. The release of those pans, even when browning the stickiest stuff, is perfect. I actually had trouble making my crepe batter stick well enough to the pan, to coat it with the batter! The new pans SCANPAN has out are absolutely the best non-sticks on the planet.

Hi AJ, Am I missing something 🙉🙉. My mashed potato steaks seem to leave their crispy bottoms on my Breville Airfryer tray. Other than that these have been absolutely brilliant….🥦🥦🥦

Missed seeing your smiling face in this video… potatoes look great just the same. ~ By chance do you have any feedback about the BIG air fryer ovens, replacements for the standard sized ones, now on the market?

I saw Jeannie with Potato Wisdom make these a couple of months ago. She cut them in wedges about the size of steak fries and put in the air fryer. She loved them. Yours look great with the garlic and corn.

Looks delicious Chef AJ. I have a Mealthy air fyer lid that I use with my Instant Pot. Do you think it will work for these? I just wonder if they'll get way too crispy (aka burnt) because the lid sits pretty close to the food tray. Thank:)

Help! What’s the best appliance to buy to just make plain russet potato? When I bake it in the oven it comes out dry. When I use the microwave it’s delicious but I think the microwave kills a lot of nutrients. Thank you!!

I made the caramelized onions. I then made the gravy. Man, was it good! I put the gravy on a baked potato… Heaven! I need to try this now. I've always liked hash browns, but gave them up due to the oil. This seems a little like it. Can't wait to try it!
