I would definitely encourage anyone to just make 1/2 recipe if you use the oatmeal option to make sure you like it. But it's a wonderful idea and just was not for me. Also with all the veggies, it did lack taste as in simple veggie broth. So I will experiment next time with some salt alternatives. A little lemon juice, vinegar or even balsamic was "not good". But this is meant to be just "my take" and as we all know taste is subjective. Thanks AJ for your YouTube tutorials. :0)

Do you personally always follow a no fat approach like mcdougall’s maximum weight loss? Or do you incorporate some avocado, nuts and seeds? For you personally since you aren’t looking for weight loss!?

I use cauliflower to thicken and make my soup creamy. It has pectin in it. At least that is what the recipe for cauliflower soup said. Cauliflower, onions. Cook then blend.

    I will try this.

Yum! Great idea to just add oats instead of milk! Did I miss something or were the zucchini tossed in whole? I did not think an immersion blender could handle something like that but I guess the pressure cooker made them really soft. I would just get bothered by the idea of the stem being included, even though it’s probably fine.

Question: (not sure who I saw that used what I will now call “Loodles” or maybe “Leedles”!) Any ideas how you might make linguine style noodles out of leeks?

Love you Chef AJ!! It was so satisfying this morning making an instant pot soup and putting the whole head of cauliflower , onion and sweet potatoes in there!! It took no time at all and I was off to work. The not cutting the onion in one of your previous videos was brilliant! Keep up the outstanding work! 💜💜 Ann Marie
