Living with herpes virus was the worst situation I've ever been in due to work and tending to my family needs but finally tested negative after using the herbal medicine I ordered from him. Contact Dr Odiagbe on his YouTube channel.

I'd like to see some warm cozy soup recipes for the winter days. Maybe try a different vegetable each week and several ways to prepare it while staying with in the WFPB lifestyle. How were you able to make walking into a habit? I need to start doing it. Oh and congrats on the realtor career!

I'm definitely an OG subscriber 😃 I think the beauty you bring is how you show this way of eating to be simple and doable for anyone. I also love that you show it doesn't have to be fancy and that its ok to be repetitive. Thanks for the video Taylor 💕

I have your cookbook and use it often and guess what! I’m not vegan! I follow a low fat diet for health and fitness and added more plants in my diet even though I have never enjoyed veg at all! I enjoy your channel and I’d like to see more of the meals you feed Adaya as I’m sure they’re higher in fat than yours as they should be. Also I love the idea of day in the life, as a mom of small kids I’m always looking for ideas about how to pass the time creatively! Content is awesome and your demographics are not as narrow as you think 😘

I’m for sure struggling Taylor. How do you deal with craving meat? Or giving in to the temptation of eating meat and oil? Did you slip up and get right back to plant based? Feeling discouraged for sure. :/

I love the simplicity of your videos. My struggle has been after I had the virus and lost my taste and smell for a couple of weeks that it really messed with me and my relationship with food. After 4 years of being nutritarian I fell off of the wagon a bit, but I am mostly back on track. Your wild rice/bean casserole is now a family tradition because I am making it again for Thanksgiving this year :). I love all of the recipe ideas and I can relate to being repetitive, because I pretty much have the same breakfast and lunch every single day! Thank you for being such a support for us plant based eaters. I have no real life support, so this really helps me not even just with the food ideas but emotionally, so thank you!

1)Would like to see your grocery haul for the week and how do you meal prep. Do you decide on what you’re going to cook for the week before doing groceries?
2)Also was curious what will be on your menu for Thanksgiving dinner, and would you please share those recipes as well ♥️

I followed you for a while and lost about 28lbs. But then I got pregnant! I still try to keep my meals on the starch solution but incorporate a bit of fat and a bit more frequent meals. Thank you for your content!

    It is funny
Repetition is what I personally lack and is the primary set of actions that makes this "whole thing" go from a diet or effort filled to simply a habit
Your repetition in your personal life is what makes you able to post with some kind of "authority" and relevance, so no need to apologize!

Just this morning thinking how much I enjoy eating green and red cabbages, raw and cooked. Thanks for the idea of simply steaming and seasoning as the non-starch vegetable. Really enjoy your videos/recipes and continual inspiration. Good going on the real estate license! With your skills and wonderful personality, you will surely do well, Taylor. 🥰

Maybe do some vlog style what I eat in a day video where you prep and cook instead of the voice over
Also I really love grocery hauls when you do them.

Repetition is fine. It’s always motivating to see another person eat the way I eat. It’s nice even if there is repetition. Thank you for doing what you do! You are inspiring and so beautiful

I know sometimes getting others (family) to transition is like dragging a horse to water but would be interested to see what it would do for your husband. Just to see a males perspective as I am male and just finding your channel. I’ve studied all the documentaries (Game changers, what the health, eating you alive, fat, sick, and nearly dead, vegan movie 2019& 2020 as well as many other vegan/wfpb channels. Started this December of 2020
While knowing about Dr.McDougall 90% of the time I’ve been convinced that I needed a diet mostly of beans broccoli and lentils and leaving rice, potatoes and most starchy vegetables alone and TRYING to leave salt, oil, and sugary. This approach has been difficult to keep up with and haven’t gone more than 3 weeks without cheating on a little debbie or cheese burger when I get home from the boat. My reason for higher protein vegetables (legumes) is mainly being that I’m 5’7 170-180lbs and more on the muscular side than fat. I just want to see 150lbs and stay there.

All that being said I found your channel about 3 days ago I believe and it was about the same time I had my last cheat meal minus coffee with sugar. (Still can’t drop sugar😂) anyways trying this approach (adding potatoes and rice/ not being scared of higher carb vegetables) so far has left me more satisfied and craving less sugar.

I was also surprised to see your mom have almost identical results as you, and once again would like to see a males approach. Great videos👍🏼

I’ve been watching your videos for a while now! They are super helpful. I’ve been on this journey for 3 months. The HARDEST part is when I’m hanging out with friends or family or go out to eat. It is so difficult to stick to the starch solution. I know you’ve shared ideas on what to do when going out to eat and that is helpful. If you could share more that would be great!!!

I would like to see more kid friendly meal ideas please. I have two boys who are starting to slowly getting out of the being picky phase lol! Maybe fun smoothies, kids lunches? Or family casseroles. Sometimes I go through dinner idea ruts and I can’t think of anything to make. So any family friendly ideas like your taco soup today would be great! 😊 I can make big batches of it for everyone.

Your young and life does get busy! As long as you do a video every two to three weeks will help some of us. I’m older and I know that a veggie diet does help you lose weight. But the start solution is fantastic!
