I eat the oatmeal almost every day taste so good sometimes it's my breakfast and lunch
So this is good for anyone even tho my macros may be different than yours?
I wish I knew if this would be good to follow to reduce diabetic sugar levels
Seriously, I am up 10!! In a good way. Word!!
I can’t refresh my cookbook 😢
I'm gonna try those peanut chews. <3
This was so cool…I need around 220G of protein, so I'd add another high protein meal or two to reach that.

☝️🤙 that’s it
This was a well thought out thorough video. I enjoyed it immensely and it completely makes sense as to meal prepping and fitting macros with excellent preparation details. A no-brainer for a 5-day plan! Would love to see more veggies in the meals RJ just to top off nutrients, but I love watching your meal prep and recipe videos!! Thank you so much!
Ever thought of doing a series specifically to help women lose weight? Supplements, workout and cardio suggestions. Fat burning tips and maybe suggested fat burning SARMs and muscle enhancing for females.
How about “BossCast”! If no one has said it.
Personally I'd use a little bit of regular peanut butter in the chews or the power oats for a bit more healthy fats. 40g of fat daily is probably fine here and there. But if you're an active person, especially on a cut, that's way too low to sustain long term.
Without the anabar in there, you're closer to 30g which will certainly have you feeling like shit after a week.
A smaller portion of the power oatmeal is a nice cheap substitute for someone who regularly relies on protein bars.
Great content! Much needed
