I need to clean up those areas that I've been treating as "suggestions" rather than firm principles. How long did it take your mother to lose the menopausal middle or spare tire that she has talked about? I've never been skinny but this belly issue is a recent perimenopausal problem.

Great information. Just a little confused …. Add soy beans ?? I’ve always heard they are all gmo ?? Do you mean eat organic soybeans?? Are those better ?? Also … no oil ?? Aren’t there healthy oils with healthy fats?? Wouldn’t a limited amount be ok ??

I would really love to follow this diet but I have a problem, I love sweet things and I see hardly any recipes for anything sweet. Is that something i just need to change about myself? To just get over the addiction to be successful on this programme?

Can you please do a what I eat in a day with your mom. Thanks for this helpful video. Daily walking for 30 minutes and drinking some tea mid-afternoon has been a game-changer for me.

I'm 48 and can't remember the last time I visited my GP. Prevention is so much better than a cure. I definitely keep up with essential screenings, however.

I am approaching this age and think I need to start sourcing some soybeans. I have had them before and didn't really like the taste, however. Any ideas on how to make them taste good?

Great video ladies. Love Healthy Mommy tips 6 & 4. I have to realize that I will not ever look like I did when I was in my 20’s. I believe that if I fully commit, I can come close to my pre-baby, pre-menopausal body. Health is my number one concern, but I certainly wouldn’t mind having a flat tummy again.

Since I am a RN and the same age as you mom, these Healthy Mommy videos really resonate with me. I have been 90% WFPB for about 10 years, but need to tighten up the belt and get rid of that last bit of oil and vegan junk food. Thanks for the inspiration! 😀
