    LOL! "How long have I been asleep?" Cracked me up!!! And Holly playing restaurant made me think of that old Saturday Night Live sketch with John Belushi. "Pepsi. No Coke!" And my sister cut not only her hair but her doll's hair, cutting a patch off of her own hair to near baldness so she could see her brain. We had seen Planet of the Apes where they shaved the guy's head to see his brain and she followed suit. LOL

    Another great week! Store brand beets were $1.25 up from about 80 cents a couple years ago. Hard to find medium size apples for much under $1.99 a lb this week. Store shelves are still fairly empty in certain areas.

    So happy for you! you are doing amazing. I lost some weight on the old core plan when they were doing that. And a lot of the focus was on just eating when you’re hungry….which was very hard to just eat when you’re hungry instead of eating because you can.
    So kudos to you keep up the great work!! I’m really enjoying watching your progress.

    Some yummy vegetable ideas: Cook Cabbage with Turkey Smoked Sausage, Stuff Bell Peppers, Stir Fry Veggies, Cauliflower Rice and Chicken, Green Beans with Potatoes. Just do more vegetables within these choices. I love doing YT Exercise Videos too. I am so excited about your positive path forward on your weight loss goals. You are awesome Kim!!! Love from Ky 😇💓

    CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LOSS!!! I agree with you on the portions. When I started WW I was eating a lot of lean cuisine and healthy choice. I have gotten away from that over the past few years. You starting NS has made me more aware of my portions and I'm revisiting those meals. Healthy Choice is a lot lower points than Lean Cuisine. I bought Richard Simmons Disco Sweat I love it!! I'm not a fan of exercise either🙄. I can talk myself out of it in a New York minute 😂. So I've been telling myself that I'll walk 1 mile with my walking DVDs and on e I get started I'm good. I keep going. But getting started is another story lol 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I'm here because you're a hoot🦉😂!! Hey I'm on WW but we can learn from each other and support each other. We are in the together to get healthier ❤️❤️
