I love your videos and that you are sharing "how to" keep a well-stocked pantry! I learned how to do this from my parents, both of which were affected by the Great Depression and the shortages of WW II. I have always done my best, as we could afford it, to keep a well-stocked pantry as well. Over the last 15-20 years it has amazed me the number of newly married couples I have met, that shopped almost daily and complained about food costs! Have you ever tried the kroger brand stir fry mix with noodles? It's our favorite to use when I make stir fry!! It's so good!!! I try to always keep a few bags in the freezer!

I hardly use onions and those frozen diced onions from Kroger are awesome. I like how you can get a mix, or just peppers or just onions. I love not having to cut up onions.
Frozen butter is perfect for grating into flour for pastry dough.
