I love cottage cheese!! For a healthy lunch I sautee cabbage (and onion, ifyou want) then while it's hot I add spoonfuls of small curd cottage cheese and stir. As it heats it melts and is heavenly. It's greaf reheated too.

It’s great you buy full fat yogurt. Mt daughter is a CedRD. She preaches it’s more satiating and kids need the calories. The good calories. They have treats, of course, but mostly Whole Foods.

Girl, YES. I can make myself SICK on some crackers and cream cheese. That one looks good, so I'm SO gonna try it! One I LOVE is cream cheese on a Ritz or Club Cracker with pepper jelly on top. Creamy, spicy, sweet, crunchy…all the things! lol

I absolutely love cottage cheese. It’s super good for calories if you get the correct one and you can use it in so many different things and it’s really great for you. However, be careful of the ingredients. I know sometimes it doesn’t matter and sometimes you can’t afford to care but be very careful with the brands from Aldi. They have so many bad ingredients in them.
