Not very adventurous for dinners this week; Ratatouille, chicken stir fry, pulled pork stew and dumplings and of course the obligatory Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding 🤤…definitely feel the change in weather towards Autumn which means warmer more comfort food…
Its a Maple bonanza!!!! 🍁 Laura is living her best life 😀
I bet laura will be in her glory with all those maple treats 🙂 i had sweet and sour chicken with vegetable rice yesterday and shepherd's pie for later today.
We had Chinese food on saturday because it was Becca's 21st birthday and that's what she chose for her birthday dinner. We had lots of leftovers too for the next day. LOL
Had minted lamb steaks for dinner with new potatoes and petit pois.
I'm having a bit of a thing about pasta at the moment as it's quite cheap and filling to do, so today was leftover pasta Bolognese from yesterday, tomorrow I have some leftover Irish recipe sausages so might slice and cook those then add some tomato pasta sauce and pasta.
