It depends. In the winter we usually cook and watch movies. Or do a family activity indoors. When the weather is warmer we are usually outside working or going places. It’s been raining and cold so much lately I’m beginning to feel lazy. I did clean some closets out.

For the kiddos and the fiance the weekends are their relaxing time. For me, I bust my butt to get everything done lol. Mostly because he's there to keep the kids happy and I can just get things done.

I make homemade fries all the time.. i prefer soak8ng in cold water at least 4-12hrs then blanching n frying … but even just soaking 30 min in cold water and blanching makes a big difference(& russet potatoes work the best…) but yummm regardless.. Im so blessed now my kids are 11&10yrs old plus i have bad legs ulcerated veins ect …my hubby on weekends does the outside work laundry ect…i do cook n clean ect but he does grocery shopping n running around walking up n dwn stairs ect..i am very very blessed with a great man.. im a SAHM and he busts his butt at work…and still helps me so much.. Tfs ..

The average family spends $10 per person for Chinese take out. I agree with this as ours is around $30 for three (two adults and a 6 ft 2 inch teen boy =adult appetite!). We have learned to make several stir fry dishes and egg rolls with rice. SO much cheaper and we put a lot of veges in everything! God bless and waiting to see the home tour! thanks!!!!

Dinner and lunch looks so scrumptious! I’m so happy about your new home. Your dream came true.
Can’t wait to see you all in there and somewhat settled. Amazing….
You look less stressed; it’s been a lot for you with the house, Wilder, the family etc etc. God bless you and your family on your next journey.

So excited for you all with your house in the country. Can't wait to see all the neat things you will do…especially gardening. I love gardens. Nothing better than growing most of your own food and having fruit and nut trees to harvest. Tastier, healthier and cheaper to grow all your own and a lot of fun too (hard work…but I call that kind of work fun!)

I think for the most authentic french fry, deep frying is the way to. If you want a mock french fry, air frying will do. Oven baked fries have never been a fave of mine and that's what air fried tastes like.

I know first hand on your child holding their breath, I have a daughter that did that (now 27 they do grow out of it). It is the scariest thing. They also don't know they are doing it. One time she was talking to me and just passed out, she was over excited about something. The dr. told use, to tell her to squeeze her butt cheecks together (if that makes senses to you), it did work for her. She also did it if she had her knees locked in standing when she was nervous like giving a speech. Worth a try.

We do pretty much relax and do nothing on the weekends.
We have Chinese food night at home once a week.
    Awesome video πŸ’—
