Everyone is addicted to carbs and sugar. Once you break out of the addictive hold you can see so much good changes.
The scale will most definitely lie to you when you haven't exercised in years.
The new muscle growth puts on weight you been trying to lose.
Took me a month of yo-yo weight fluctuation from lifting weights and walking 10k steps and changing my food lifestyle.
What I did to do more steps, I gave myself the goal of 60k steps per week. That meant that monday to friday it was 6000 steps and on weekends I would give it a priority to do 10k. Some days I would do 7k and some weekdays 9k so it would eventually compensate. Little by little I have made bigger step goals. Think its an easy and flexible way to get started. Maybe it helps…thanks for the inspiration
muscle are heavy..fat take more room but not as heavy….its the raison why the scal lie :))..you do good!!
I don’t weight myself, for the first year I didn’t weight myself I went by my clothes. Now after 2 years I have weight my self. But I also started to weight my self once a month now, cause I so close to goal weight. But it has made me crazy, cause in the last two months no weight lost, so I going back to not weighting myself. I haven’t gain,I m in a big stall.No scale for me

I love this video. I feel the same way about the scale. I'm in Week 13 with 22lbs lost. But the scale is in the bathroom and as soon as I step out the shower in the morning I'm standing on it. I don't know if I can go a whole month without weighing, but I'm going to try a week. Thanks for the inspiration.
Things are not the same. Things are better. You are better. You are stronger. Excited for the steps challenge. Going with a 9k minimum and 10k average.

Wow still can’t believe we are so close apart from weeks and almost on track to achieving our weight loss goals. I have the bad habit myself of weighing in everyday just to see if I am gaining or losing. We can always tell by the way our clothes feel and if our stomach is bloated or not. Wow 2.5 inches are awesome. The only time I hadn’t weighed myself was when I went a week when the scale died on me. I felt like I lost my best friend but worst enemy if that makes sense. You got this girl! You’re the best and amazing!
Movement does the body good. Keeps the muscles and joints lubricated and from tightening up
I think that weight loss is similar to hair growth. There are resting periods with hair growth, that appears to also be with weight loss. So breaking the weighing habit is a good idea. Just carry on with your lifestyle and don’t worry about nothing.
