Oh wow! So you’ve been weighing yourself for pretty much over a year. If it hasn’t moved for months + with everything going on with your body you did the right thing! I’m so glad you were able to stay on track even though you didn’t weigh yourself ❤️. I’m a huge advocate of fasting in general! I actually started my intermittent fasting clock for the first time in awhile.

Love this video! I am particularly proud of you for avoiding the scale. I know you and I know how difficult that must have been in the beginning because it was such a habit. And we all know how hard it is to break a habit. But you did and I am so proud of you. And the food you made! Mmmmm. I want that salad! Hahaha. Love you ❤️

It’s real, and it’s awesome to wrap myself with kindred people.
My mother’s favorite poem was don’t quit by Edgar Albert Guest. And somedays I need to visit that poem often.
Great video, thanks for keeping it real.

Stephy, I love this video segment week 68. My best advice young lady, you only fail when you stop trying. Think about where you were, and when you started and how far you have come and how many people like myself you inspired. Just like God and Jesus you always got a friend in me. I know you and I will be meeting at some point and film a nice chit chat session later next summer. Hang in the girl love you as a friend!

Hi stephy how wonderful to have one of your videos pop up today.its great to see you again and I hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving. This was a very positive video which I'm sure spoke to most of us watching it. You are so right about finding joy in the now. Life is something that's meant to be enjoyed whatever is happening to us. Joy can be found even in the smallest thing and the world is full of amazing things. You are certainly on track and looking good so well done to you. Great video thanks stephy
