There was a you tuber that did her macros and all kinds to figure out her calories. and then she took in those callories for a few weeks, then she came down to a defit and it just started (scale) to drop.. maybe it was joan pointed plate or jennifer lynn.. but it took that to get her metabolism to start burning.. you are doing a great job..
I don't think that's too much tho . Here's why, I was told if I didn't eat 1800 (for me) and tried to stay down at 1200/1600 your metabolism slows down and you burn less calories than if you do the 1800 or whatever they say for you. So, just eat til you feel full. Trust the process. Hope that makes sense. Vegetables are always the answer and portion control/tracking which you are doing/learning. I would be so confused trying to fit it all in but I bet it will get easier as you get further into it. That’s a lot of food but the good news it’s healthy food. You are doing so well. Can’t wait for your weigh in.
Have a hard time finding the Sargento ultra thin slices. Looks like you'll have a great week. I like avocado spray oil best as it can take higher heat. I like rice vinegar on my greens as it's milder.

It sounds like you got this under control . That's a good amount of food to eat , but a least you won't be hungry . Your doing great. Keep it up .
