I have been shouting everywhere about how I am eating (dirty carnivore) and how it is curing me from pages of disease issues-heart, autoimmune, anemia, thyroid, etc etc. Yesterday I had my first feedback that showed I have helped one person! She said “I don’t love Carnivore BUT this is the first time my blood sugar levels have been this low in years and years! “. She didn’t say she was trying it but suddenly told me her numbers out of the blue!

I would just point out that just because the author and others draw what could be an incorrect conclusion does not mean its not "quality" science its more a problem with the conclusions the other drew from the results. If the study was set up well it sounds like the results do not provide strong evidence that meat has a significant impact on health.

Bottom line – Sensattional Healdlines – "Sell", and get "Clicks". ps there are also software programs that can create the Fake Headline at will. Very easy to do, if there is no science references, and just inuendo ,… your first clue…

I don't care, I don't watch MSM and even if I did I would not believe ANYTHING! I do my own research (so many articles are available for free on Pubmed now).

When you look at the facts (around 3:00) regarding other traits of the meat eaters, and then look at very small relative risks of 1.03 or 1.10, you almost get the sense that the red meat might have been PROTECTIVE against the diseases!

It's because the powers that be (who eat meat every day) have realised since the last 100 years, there's too many people, they can't all eat meat because we can't make it, so we need to steer everyone towards plant food, which we can make in abundance. Simple as that

They don't seem to look at things like a person who is mobility obese, one all kinds of meds, one of them being blood pressure meds and the fact that meat heals and brings down your weight and allows you to come off of medications that you take, not to mention reverses auto immune disease's. The facts speak for themselves, something that's as bad as they say they are should have the opposite effects on you, not make you better. I started Keto/Carnivore in August of last year, went pretty much Carnivore mid October and has lost 53lbs so far and come off of the following meds, IBS, osteoarthritis, gout, cholesterol, and was having incontinence episodes and now I'm not so that being said, I'll stick with my new way of eating. Thank you meat …

Pretty sure processed meat is bad for you. Same goes for any super processed food. I look at the additives and ingredients. Also, almost every processed sandwich meat has carbs.

Most processed meat is eaten with lots of bread or buns, besides having sugar and grains added. We know that sugar and grain cause insulin resistance over decades.

1,100 extra calories in those with higher outcomes most likely due to excess carbs. Processed meats are seldom eaten on their own in the general population, but included in pizzas, subs, hot dog rolls, etc accompanied by pancakes with syrup, French fries, chips, pop and other sugary drinks etc. All those carbs is the problem, not the thin pepperoni on a slice of pizza. Enjoying these short videos… keep them coming!

The ones eating 1100 calories more per day were probably eating chips to their steaks. And the benefits of steaks, in particular the high level of beneficial nitrogen makin NO to keep blood vessels in healty elastic condition are surely negated by chips fried in vegetable oil, the predominant way in the US today. My conclusion is hence that the red meat steaks mitigated the blood vessel destruction by the omega 6 oil soaked into the chips and the increased blood sugar from carbs like the chips and the sweet sauces that typically goes with US steak eating.
I eat steak with sallad and broccoli and when I can with that yellow lovely B-sauce!
Re omega 6 damage, google Chris Knobbe youtube for his presentations on that lethal industrial fat!

I get SO upset with all the misinformation out there. I refuse to fight for Keto/low carb any longer. I get roasted every time I post something positive about my way of eating. I have been Keto almost two years. The best WOE ever in my life.

Study: takes people who smoke, drink, do not move, eat only processed garbage and at the most 10% of their diet (90%plant based) animal products (meat&dairy) and its always only meat/dairy-like products, not real meat or dairy
    Vegans: "MeaT CaUseS CanCeR"

just pathetic and funny at the same time
they can magically blame 100% only the meat for all their disease + its not even real meat or cheese (real meat= ingredients: MEAT. real dairy: raw gras fed dairy) and it does ntot even have to be real high quality meats/dairy, just real one so no ingredients and its a whole other food then those that are used in those studys

Also I'm going to start getting meat from our butcher from now on because the meat we want to get to continue my keto is getting to be too much in terms of cost. I'm losing energy because currently I'm living on lean cuts with the exception of bacon, eggs, and occasionally chicken drum sticks and fish.
