I made “fried rice” using the palmini rice. LOVE!! I added some chopped up cooked bacon, a little sesame oil, umami, soy sauce, garlic, cayenne, green onion, egg and omg!! Will be ordering more of this rice sub. Cauli rice has always given me digestive issues so this is awesome!!

Yup~ Im sticking with cauli. I have a box grater and two heads of cauliflower in my fridge. I just grate up what I want to use. Its dry, fresh and really inexpensive. I also make a sweet version; I cook the hell out of it plain with lots of butter and add almond milk- just enough to cover it, then sweetener and cinnamon for the breakfast rice dish… so yummy. When I was a kid this was my favorite way to eat left over rice, especially sticky-rice.

I might be able to eat cauliflower rice again using your recipe. Thanks for doing this very informative comparison. Next comparison try tasting blindfolded…I can imagine how fun that would be 🤣😂

I have tried to make the cauliflower rice from frozen. Just not sure what I did wrong. Is it necessary to cook the cauliflower first and then dry out on the stove? I love cauliflower and really want this to work for me. Any more tips? Love your channel! ❤️😊

You don’t tell us why you use the “dry cook method?” Does it get rid of the disgusting cauliflower flavor? If so, I’ll try it. If not, it stays in the same world for me as asparagus. Yuck!!!

I've been having some dizziness as i usually do at the beginning of keto so i RIPPED open that box when it got here! Totally NOT touching the ones with hot peppers in it tho. Have a great day!

Try liviva rice shirataki oat , it does have a bit of smell but when it's boiled in a stock for a while the texture improves greatly. I made a perfect parmesan mushroom risotto using sodium alginate to add the starchiness feel and thicken it. I couldn't tell the difference
