Half and half is often available at Canadian grocery stores but is way less common hearers as you probably know. Almost all Canadian restaurants usually just give you 10% or 18% cream.

Did you notice differences in how Mexico is dealing with COVID-19 to how the US is? I'm surprised that the border was so easy to cross (that's coming from me being over in Germany though, where everything is locked down because of the the Virus)

Love your videos, Amber! Hope all is well. Here are a few more tips from one gringa to another: speedbumps here in Mexico are called topes, pronounce toe-pays. (Yes, your toes pay if you miss one in a Hymer!) The little metal bumps (like inverted stainless bowls), are vibradores (vibrators). When my brother was here for the first time last fall, he called them Tortugas (turtles). It's always great to drive with a navigator, whose primary responsibility is to be lookout for topes and vibradores. Sometimes, there are road signs (yellow, with speed bump), or, the bumps are painted yellow. But as you discovered, the color quickly rubs off. And true, you have to watch for pot holes, roaming animals, buses, trucks, and all the other sights. Looks like you are managing it quite well! Here's to buen salud!

I guess it worked out that the internet brought you back before the virus. Could you find heavy cream (whipping cream)? Could make your own half and half. Would like to go to Baja some day!
