So cool! You're my favorite YouTube Mexican food channel, and you ended up in the town where I live and at one of my favorite places! There's a few good food trucks over on Federal in Denver/Lakewood area too, but this place in Aurora is a nice concentration of food trucks all in one place… LOVE IT!

Ladies, you’re starving me!!!!!! Even with a strong Mexican community we don’t have too many really good Mexican restaurants and NONE can compare their Birra to yours Steph!
I’m checking out the handsome cook for you ladies, check that left hand 😂😂😂 He’s smokin!

I thought I knew that place behind you! I live out there and love to go to the mini tacos place. I eat so much food there since it become a thing in that parking lot and also, went last night lol
It's mostly quiet during the winter, but does pick up during the summer.

When I was about 12 yrs. old, we were at a Baja 500 race in Mexico, camping in a motor home. In the vast desert in the middle of nowhere my friend and I saw a run down house and smoke was coming up out of the caved in roof. It had no windows or door. We walked over to inspect, and an abuela and her son were cooking food to sell at the race. She was making tortillas and they fed us quesadillas and frijoles, and were so nice to us. It's still one of the best food memories I have. Homemade everything cooked with love over a wood fire. Love you two!!
