On behalf of Miss Gracie Lou, I respectfully request cheese shreds to be offered at every meal (if she is napping when the meal is being prepared, please carry the cheese to the table in a small Tupperware container until she requests said treats).

I might like the Catalina Crunch cookies but they are a bit pricey! I never feel guilty about eating anything because to me it's like feeling guilty about breathing. We all have to eat to keep living so nothing to feel guilty about there! The Taco Tortellini Casserole looks pretty good but I'd have to omit all of the dairy. I'd have to use meat tortellini. I think I made something like that a year ago or so. The Texas Pot Roast looks really really good!!!! Have to try that one some time! Thanks for all of your great videos! My best friend's wife put me on to you guys!

I heat up my cream and melt the butter in it, then pour on the potatoes to mash. It spreads the goodness more evenly AND you're not cooling down the potatoes. That said, though the pot roast looked great, it has far too many ingredients for me to try it. I put a bed of chopped onions in the bottom of my Instant Pot, at least two small or one large, season my roast with salt and pepper, put it on top of the onion, mix about a cup and a half of water with beef boullion and pour that in the bottom. 45 – 55 minutes depending on the size of the roast, and it comes out falling apart tender with a beefy onion gravy in the bottom. I don't think I've had to thicken that gravy either. The onions melt into it!

That pot roast looks fantastic! I never thought of using fajita seasoning, but I am for this weekend.

I love your videos but I don’t eat meat… or dairy. I can use some of your spice and flavor profiles in vegan dishes 👍🏼. Gracie Lou needs more treats. Just sayin 😂

    Hi Guys !!
I'm making the roast tomorrow ! I could almost smell it while you were cooking.
What kind of flooring do you guys have on your porch ? We have one similar that needs sprucing up and yours looks great !!

You had the shredders facing the wrong way. Also, great way to get onion smell off your hands, rinse your hands under cold water, rub them all over your stainless steel faucet and then pour some salt on your fingers and rub together. Rinse off with cold water. No more onion smell.

Ya'll are so sweet! Reminds me of my hubby and I, he is an extrovert and I am a introvert. I tease him and tell him he is my emotional support husband😂.
    You make an excellent pair!❤
