I'd think the draft class of 2018 where we saw Ayton, Doncic and Young drafted was pretty good too. Not just top heavy but deep as well, with Michael Porter Jr., Shai Gilgeous Alexander, Jaren Jackson Jr and Collin Sexton showing potential stardom and several others flashing tremendous potential so, technically, it hasn't really been that long since we had a good draft class. Ironically, like the 2003 draft, the 2nd pick overall seems to be not doing so well either.

The 2018 draft class also have a case to be the best draft class since 2003. Luka, Ayton, Trae, Jaren Jackson, Miles and Mikal Bridges, SGA and others are playing well.

The 03 draft class is overrated. Obviously it had the 4 big stars taken on the top 5, but it was a pretty shallow draft class aside from those guys. Personally, I think the 09 draft class with curry, harden, holiday, Blake griffin, derozan, plus a bunch of really good players was better. I think the 18 draft with ayton, Luka, trae, JJJ, sga, Michael porter, and the 2 bridges also has a chance to be better

Dalano Banton, Scottie Barnes on the same team with OG, Siakam, Vanvleet, and Gary Trend Jr, under Nick Nurses coaching and Masai Ujari’s Development Program. Young All Star squad. SCARY!!!

I liked Barnes going into the draft but now he’s easily my favorite rookie. Gl Jalen green ain’t up there w Barnes and Mobley yet but he looks like a stud as well

Barnes is the real deal man. He yells in opposing teams faces after scoring, he bring that energy and leadership you can’t teach. Star in the making forreal. Just wait till he gets 2-3 years in the Raps developmental system and starts to shoot like OG, it’ll be over.
