I like some of your recipes but if you are going to call it JAMAICAN curry Goat, ingredients should reflect JAMAICAN. Suggesting Cinnamon is not Jamaican curry goat cooking and definitely no sugar. Just saying curry goat would be fine.

Thanks for sharing. I had to work with what's available so I substituted onion with shallots and I fished the whole pepper out early because my autistic daughter doesn't like the food too spicy. I did add the bay leaf and half a cinnamon stick to try to make it more to her liking. The flavor so far is 🎯 can't wait until it's finished. I hope she likes it. Nice twist to it. Thank you

Hello, Chris!! I have never cooked goat before. Have to tell you, I followed your recipe with a few minor tweaks (personal preference stuff) and the end results was FANTASTIC!! TFS ! I will be cooking this again.

You made a great effort but how is it the best if it’s not done the way they cook it in Jamaica. At least use Jamaican curry next time and most Jamaicans don’t like long water gravy. Try it again and add some with garlic, season over night, NO sugar good try but not best example of Jamaican cooking
