Your written recipe calls for 2 cups of sweet potatoes, carrots and spinach. I realize you used cauliflower in the video which is fine. Did you mean to say 2 cups each or 2 cups combined vegetables? I also noticed that coriander powder mentioned in your video is not listed in your written ingredients. How much is needed? Really looking forward to making this recipe. Thank you! 😄

Great combo. However, you said in the video at 7:41 that the lentils you added were already cooked, but the recipe just says rinsed. I'm assuming that "cooked" was a mistake.
Healthy dish that I would like to try. About the lentils, did you cook the red and brown lentils first separately and then put them in the pot or do I simply put the dry lentils in the pot?
