You can do gas heat or just electric baseboards and each room has own thermostat. It’s expensive for gas in nj almost $ 5,000 to run a line but if your building allows that and you want to spend money on that that’s fine . The new electric baseboards are very efficient and less expensive. Love your vlogs . Figured you were busy girl .. thanks for sharing .

It's really therapeutic to hear you talk through these crazy experiences and laugh about it!! As an NP myself I deal with Karen-clients all the times. It's just part of the work and we just have to remind ourselves to not take these things personally, and that the bigger our business gets the more such clients we will get!

If she was really upset about the charge, she can try to dispute it with the credit card company, as opposed to calling you. And the charge company will tell her the same as you told her.

One of my Dr only see reps on a certain day(s) /times with a prior appt. There is a sign at the door. They only let people in via buzzer (she created an extra hall/door/foyer due to covid) and there is a place for them to leave their material/cards. You're right your clients come first and their pitch needs to get to the point.

Ive had to be straight rude with solicitors in order for them to get the picture…..I almost got trapped by a very popular aesthetic company with one of those high dollar machines. I'm so glad that I declined. The payment was over $1400/ month. What EMR platform do you use for patient check in and to send charts to your medical director?

Girl I’m 37 years old… I just mastered the art of saying no a couple of years ago. Idk why but it was sooo hard for me! So I get it. But now it’s pretty effortless… honestly it takes practice. Start with I’m not interested right now or just no thank you with a smile. Idk why that made it easier for me but it did.
Also, it took me a while to realize these people don’t care about making you uncomfortable… so keep the same energy and keep your boundaries strong it takes practice. Every time he says something just say no thank you. Lol. Like a thousand times. Stare dead in there eyes. Lmao. DO NOT even allow them time on your schedule. Like I said NO! Damn. Smh lol.

Girl! Reps stop in all the time. I will tell them I am not interested at this time but they can leave their card. If they keep going, I mention again how I’m not in the position to purchase a device, but if I decide to in the future, I will be in touch. I now have a “no soliciting” sign ✌🏾

I always just say, “I appreciate your time and I don’t want to waste it, or mine. You can feel free to leave a card, and if this becomes a priority at a later point in time for me, I will reach out.” And I never give personal contact info so they don’t try to follow up… always keep the ball in your court, or they keep badgering.

When I start arguing with someone who don’t know what they’re talking about I’m always like “I don’t know why your brain can’t process something this simple.” 😭🤣 you handled the situation well lol

I would say the date and time won’t work, however, I am not interested. If you just say the date won’t work and you ghost him, he may stop by again or someone else will come in his place 😂 Good luck.

Hi, Ms. Fatima. I L😍VE the nails, girl. Just a quick tip for avoiding salespeople: When you see them coming, call your voicemail and pretend you're on an important call. If they start talking, politely interrupt their script and tell them you're not considering the purchase of any new equipment or services, but if they're willing to leave a card, you will call them whenever you need something they're selling. If they look like they want to wait until you get off the call, just let them know it's an important call and you're not available for conversation any time soon. OR you can simply give them a firm "I'm not interested at this time, thanks."
EDIT: You can also put a sign of "no solicitation" to ward them off.
