The silicon thing is to make an ice cicle to ice your face. Full with water through the hole and then freeze it, then take off the top part and you have a popsicle to ice your face with!

You need to be consistent with healthy diet to see results quicker, but still takes years to really change your body shape
Great job organizing everything! You're really a pro at this. As soon as January rolls in, I immediately wanna get rid of everything that reminds me of Christmas. Like, I need it gone π I get into a cleaning mode too. It's crazy how the Christmas tree gives me so much joy in December, but come January I wanna get rid of it asap.

The thing is an ice rollerβ¦put the cover on, fill with water through the hole, and then put in the freezer, and it will freeze in that shape, and once frozen, take the top off, nice little ice roller. π
