The idea of stuffing a bell pepper with tuna is horrifying. Then again bell peppers in general are just grim, people keep talking about sweetness from them but all I've ever tasted is bitterness no matter how they're cooked. The cinnamon rolls and potatoes look pretty damn good, though I think the potatoes could be improved with some of the ideas other folks in the comments have mentioned!

For the potatoes, I think I would have seasoned the butter with the garlic-herb spice, dunked the slit potatoes in it and dipped that in the parmesan. More even seasoning and coverage and less mess. 🙂

Is Frank's buffalo wing sauce actually hot? The standard Frank's RedHot has got to be one of the weakest Louisianna hot sauces I've ever tried, which makes me wary of their other ones…

As a person who despises bell pepper AND is revolted by tuna (regardless of how it's prepared), I can't tell you how glad I was to see this video saved for me by the parmesan crusted potatoes and cinnamon rolls with ice cream.😂😂😂

You forgot to show us the potato that was made the way it was supposed to be made not upside down I'd be curious to see how that one came out or did you get so hungry you noshed it.

With the potatoes, you might try mixing the cheese and seasonings and yogurt in a plastic bag and toss the prepared potatoes in the seasoned cheese. You might be able to add the melted butter. I'm just not sure that would work right. Just a thought. It could work. You would know if it would work right or not.

You could definitely 3D-print that tuna colander, but it would probably end up not saving all that much money, and also most 3D printing filament isn't food-safe or dishwasher-safe, and the layer lines are a great place for bacteria to get trapped inside.

The main reason to 3D print stuff is to make custom things that you can't easily acquire elsewhere, not to save a couple bucks here and there on cheap tat.

when you do the cinnamon buns again.. use a cupcake tray.. that way the ice cream has to soak in rather than melt all over the cookie sheet and be wasted.

Barry – Great vid. I need to find that can colander.

Those Parmesan potatoes are a wonderful variation. I've done much the same with zucchini medallions, meaning cut crosswise into about 1 inch coins. I either toss them in a bowl with a bit of olive oil, or dip the cut sides in a bit of soft butter, and then again, into a bowl of grated Parmesan, then into a frying pan. Salt and pepper, where and when every you like, but you probably won't need more salt than the cheese provides.

Very similar result. By the way, the next grilled cheese sandwich you make, dip the buttered bread in Parmesan as well. Delicious crust, pan grilled. I actually prefer pecorino Ramona for these things, as the salt and flavor is more aggressive than Parmesan, that, and it's half the cost. I save the Parmesan for more subtle uses.

I know that you have said that you want to make a legit NY Cheese cake. I live in NY, and if you'd like, I'll spill the beans and tell you everything I know. Just say the word.

Anyway, thanks for the vid. It was great fun.

For an added bit of flavour, cook those potatoes on a barbecue as you're cooking other tasty things over the charcoals, and they'll take on a nice smokey flavour too, I've cooked potatoes on the 'Q before anf they turn out tasting so amazing when they soak up that smoke… 😀
