๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธHi Rachel, I made a Doritos crusted chicken breasts, but I found that they are much better if you marinate the chicken in a little buttermilk mixed with chili-garlic sauce. Mix 1 tsp. of chili-garlic sauce per every 1 cup of buttermilk, plus a 1/4 tsp seasoning salt. Marinade the chicken breasts or strips for at least 1 hour but longer if possible. Crush up the Doritos into crumbs either in the bad or in a food processor. The grab three shallow bowls and put a little flour in one, some scramble egg in the second, and your Doritos crumbs in the third. Dip chicken in the flour, then egg, then Doritos and set on a plate. Once you have dipped all of the chicken you can fry them immediately or put them in the frig to set up a bit. Or you can even put the plat in the freezer to freeze the chicken, then wrap it in foil to make at another time. Then simple deep fry the chicken until the juices run clear or the temp is at least 165F. degrees.
You can make this recipe with any kind of your favorite chips. Yes, they do make a Flaminโ€™ Hot Doritos and they are so good. They come in a bride green bag.
BTW I love when you do these videos. You and Chris are so much fun to watch together trying things.

Is it just me or can anyone else not find the spicy sweet chili Doritos anymore? It seems like all my grocery stores around me only have spicy nacho, regular nacho cheese, and cool ranch. Itโ€™s so bazaar

I think for the chicken tenders I think they would be better if they where spicy and the chicken was filled with cheese and then maybe a nice sauce to go with it I think it would be pretty good

I made chicken cutlets with potato chips instead of bread crumbs once and my husband loooooved them. Did not do it in the bag though. That is just silly.
Also donโ€™t ever let Chris shave his face.

Lmao Christopher's reaction to the mere suggestion of breaking your pasta was HILARIOUS! I feel like he would have clutched his pearls if his hands weren't busy. ๐Ÿคฃ

My only problem is she acts like shake amd bake isn't a this, where you put ingredients in a bag, shake it, break it up with roller or whatever, put meat in and pull it out…yeah ok, you get messy, but less dishes and over all mess, because you just wash your hand…lots of people do this, we aren't all squeamish about a little mess on the hands, sounds like a good recipe, I might try and yeah in a bag

Cut the Doritos chicken into bite side pieces. Add a picante, salsa, or even guacamole style sauce and throw the pasta in. You guys are both amazing. But Rachel,๐Ÿคซhoney you need to fire Christopher as your wingman. He let you go in front of the camera with parsley in your teeth๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿซข๐ŸซฃNo worries, I wonโ€™t tell anyone!๐Ÿ™‚

There is flamin hot Doritos but I dnt know if thatโ€™s just a US thing only. Also Taco Bell only gets the Baha Blast concentrate from Mountain Dew and they mix it in house in their soda machine, sometimes itโ€™s more carbonated than others.
