I love banana Keto Chow too mostly because I make banana ice cream with it. When I was a little girl there was a local ice cream shop that had banana ice cream and every time I went over to my grandparents to stay a few days my grandad took me there. I have never seen banana ice cream being sold anywhere except banana split ice cream, bleh. I am a happy camper now 😋

I made the cottage cheese flat bread today, but with ricotta and 2 eggs. It was ok. It kinda fell apart on me when I rolled it up. I don’t think I had it too thin either. It’s a decent alternative to chaffles which I also make with ricotta.

Its on my list of things to try next time im at the store… to me it seems easy… i bet some everything bagel seasoning would.make it awesome… also for picnics where you need to pack a lunch… egg lifes are "ok" but not my favorites "raw"

Langostino are a "type" of shrimp… i bet if you used Argentinian red shrimp it woule better than plain shrimp and closer to langostino tails if you are ever unable to find them but want this!

I need to make the Mac cheese one day… I'm carnivore and hubs is still SAD so I usually keep it pretty simple for myself.
I have made the cottage cheese bread, using the 1 cup of cottage cheese with 2 eggs! Then I used a little spice, turned out great, would definitely make again!

I liked the flatbread but I put seasonings in mine and I used 2 eggs. I don’t like cottage cheese but I did like the flatbread. Would definitely make again.
