I've watched a lot of how to make pho videos on YouTube and always skipped this one for some reason. But now that I watched this, it is by far the best how to make pho video on YouTube.

Wow Pho Bo more complicate than I thought, with too many ingredients and it takes a long time to cook. I rather have my wife do the work. I do the shopping. Thanks for a good video!

I'm exhausted just watching the video! I haven't got up the energy to try this recipe yet, but when I do, I'll skip the tendon part. Thanks for your clear and simple explanations.

I agree with viewer below. Your video is well planned, executed and explained. I have enjoyed watching your videos on other recipes. Your vietnamese egg quiche is a hit in our household. I will be making this Pho Bo for New Year's Eve.
Please share the pressure cooker version, PRETTY PLEASE!!! 🙂

Love the recipe but I have a question. All of the broth recipes I have seen are with the traditional spices. Are there any other broth recipes that you can share? Here in NJ there are restaurants that advertise bone broth, simmered for 12 hours etc.. but I have tasted them and they taste nothing like the the traditional broth.
