I had the same opinion of Keto Bricks. They are just a type of fat bomb. Too much money for them, would rather up my fat with cream cheese. I could eat them, but they cost too much for the taste.

I've learned not to say the 'K' word; low carb is easier when I go to the doctor.

People are so judgey. Dr Phil once said, would you rather be right, or happy?

I choose to be happy most of the time and just move on.

Thanks for the video. While it makes sense to call carnivore it's own thing because it's different, in my opinion, I don't think there should be different names for keto if it works it's keto. My dad has similar urology issues like a lot of men over 50 it's something most of us will get to look forward to as long as we have a prostate. It's good to hear you found a urologist that works for you.

I’ve heard several keto Doctors including Dr. Berry say that dairy should be cut out if someone has high PSA. Hope all the best for you! I enjoy your videos and being flexible is great! Thanks

You are looking great, and I am thankful that your uro-lift procedure has worked well for you. Yes, as a nurse, I feel that the PSA often leads to more issues than they help. I guess it is what we will use until they find something that works better. Some men do just run a higher PSA when they have BPH but have no actual prostate issues. My grandfather was one of those who lived to 98 without having any issues. His PSA was high from his 60's on. This was an enjoyable and informative video, as always. I'm one who really doesn't care what you call the keto diet or way of eating or whatever. Could we just call is whatever works for each person and be less sensitive? That is just me; hard hearted Hannah over here. 🙂

Totally agree with you about the words "Dirty" "Lazy". These are perjorative and unnecessary. Flexible Keto is a far more accurate term as each person's Keto is unique as are the biology and nutrician of each individual.

I'm a 65 yo lady and I'm glad that you talk about men's health because I imagine that just like ladies' health we don't always feel comfortable talking about it with our friends.

Hi Steve. This is a bit off topic, but is still in the “health” category. I’ve recently heard about the Soleus push-up. It’s a simple movement where, while sitting, you raise your heels up and keep your toes on the floor. There’s a bunch of YT videos on them. The soleus is a large muscle on the back of your lower leg. There is some research that shows doing soleus push-up can significantly reduce blood glucose levels. I’m curious if you’ve heard about this.

I'm of the It's None of Your Business Keto school. Have you noticed how little things really bother some people? In a few billion years there will be no memory of Earth. And we are worried about whether Keto is "dirty" or not? My doctor is a nice guy but he knows nothing about nutrition. He keeps mentioning statins, and I just ignore him. Ignore everyone and do your own thing. You will be much happier.

IMPO…..This is one of the best podcasts you have ever done. Do not let those negative comments deter you. Do you remember Butter Bob Briggs? He dropped out because as much as he was trying to help others, negativity made him leave YouTube…so sad. Everyone….take what you like with Keto YouTube. We all have opinions. And finally, yes "flexible"! I am going to start using that. When I said DLK, I think people might think I was confused and could not make up my mind. So what kind of diet was that?? No, Keto is a "Way of Eating" people and "Flexible" is my new word. I am going to share this with all of my Keto friends. Thanks for your thoughts 🙂 FYI: If you have not joined following Serious Steve on YouTube…check it out. For only $5.00 (approx) per month, it is $$ well spent. hahahaha….your prostrate story was hilarious (for me, not for you). Keep up the fantastic podcasts

Touché-love it! I am so sorry you always have to take your time out to explain your taste test. Everyone can have an opinion and I don’t know why so many people today take everything as a personal attack if we don’t all enjoy everything that’s available out there. Keep up the reviews, giveaways, cooking videos and encouraging podcast to all of us Keto ppl out here! Jen G
