Interesting cooking time…can meat be overcooked in a pressure cooker? (I only cook ribs for 27 minutes and do a 10 minute natural pressure release…they turn out great…but I have always wondered if meat (ribs or roast, etc) can be overcooked and dried out using the pressure cooker).

I made this on Sunday for my father & his girlfriend and they LOVED it! The term amazing was thrown around a few times, and they couldn't get over how quickly it came together. I made my own BBQ sauce, and only put it in the Instant Pot for 30 minutes and let it NPR. I'll definitely be make it for them again, sadly I do not eat ribs so I didn't get to partake

This recipe was GREAT!! I did season my rack of ribs with Milwaukee Ave. Spice Rub I got from the Spice House to give it an extra smoky flavor and I used Heinz Carolina Vinegar Tangy BBQ sauce. Otherwise I followed the directions as this recipe recommended. Oh…..MY!! Awesome.

Just tried this recipe for ribs. Turned out great! I think next time I would maybe cook the ribs a little less time – more like 25-30 minutes, since they were really "fall off the bone!" Easiest recipe and they were delicious. Thank you.
