As chefs, both sanjeev n kaizad should know that precise measurements r very important in any recipe. How much is 'some' this, n 'some' that?! 1 teaspoon? 1 n 1/4th teaspoon? 1 n 1/2 teaspoon? 1 tablespoon? Is this how you give a recipe?! You may be good in your cooking, but 0 in sharing at least this particular recipe. 👎

Dear kaizad, brinjal is never added to dhansakh. The most important ingredient you have missed out is three bundles of small green methi. That brings out the taste in dhansakh. I live cooking and every day I watch cookery videos, as I am a foodie. Rest all is OK. Your sali boti recipe takes the cake. Continue the good work bawaji.

Nice one, Chef. I like your presentation; clear, straightforward, no-nonsense, and pleasantly friendly to boot.
I would, however, appreciate your indicating quantities of ingredients. As a Parsi bachelor with very rudimentary culinary ability (Aand a highly developed love of good food), I'd find that very useful (as would, I'm sure, many others).
Meanwhile, keep up the good work; I'll be back for more.
All the best.🍀
