    I think a nicer way is to steam a bunch of mixed vegetables together until they’re soft and tender, then let them cool which gets rid of all the moisture. Then lightly mash them and separately make a masala with onion ginger garlic spices and tomato paste. Mix the two together, bread and fry. Cooked food is more pleasant to the palate and digestive system and is the original way these things were done around the world.

    Hi thank you so much have tried this today. Only instead of maida I used atta I hope it's fine and why isn't it golden brown when I fried it I'm just little worried about that. Hope it tastes good.
