Happened to be flicking through vids and came across the dominion one last night. Watched the whole documentary, wow what an insight into the cruel world of animal cruelty. I'd been thinking of taking a leap into changing diet for health also, this has given me the final push. Thank you.

Everything looks absolutely wonderful. I’ve just discovered Clearspring silken tofu, it makes the most amazing egg mayonnaise and cress sandwich filler, with kala namak black salt, nooch etc. I can’t tell the difference from the real thing. Pat it on kitchen towel like the firm tofu, the texture is much more realistic than firm, it doesn’t have the soy flavour, it’s much milder.

Great video. I can’t wait to try the Spanish chickpea stew. Thank you so, so much for sharing this week with us. So much wholesome good food. I love making tuno, I buy the sheets of Nori from Tesco, a bit too much for one person, I will look out for the snack trays. Looking forward to seeing the gardener’s pie.

I was hoping you’d show the Tuno. Thank you.
A great vlog dispelling the myth that veganism is expensive. Far from it. A plethora of different tasty meals from 1 bag of chickpeas. Great stuff Paul. Xx

I'm gonna try the potato trick this weekend. I fancy a baked potato, great idea!
On the tuno, I love to add some mustard and dill. Dill is my favourite herb in the world. I've been living on chick pea salads for lunch, I've also added some capers and dill pickles. If you don't like to use pickles, because of the salt, use sumak powder, which is made from a type of dried berries that have been ground up. This gives a wonderful briney flavour. I'm addicted to the stuff and put it on everything!

I’ve not had chickpea tuna, yet. I make it with canned jackfruit that I put in the food processor bc some of the chunks R too large. The best recipes call for seaweed to give it that “ from the sea” flavor. The jackfruit shreds up to the texture of tuna. Restaurants use chickpeas, too. I add celery w/ onions. Thx for the tips and menu ideas. I cannot always get the foods U guys get in the UK. I’m in USA.
