I have heard that healthy plant based diets follow the colors of the rainbow. Your yellow pot & blouse have one of the colors covered. What can you do with blue ? PS: love my personalized cookbook

I will definitely be making this, looks so delicious and I happen to have so much old dried Shiitake mushrooms and dashi.. how long does it last if I’ve had these old dried ingredients for more than 3 years ? 😅

Beautiful Seonkyoung-unnie. You just keep looking younger in every new video and your skin just glows. Seriously GLOWS! I love that peachy lip and blush in this video, I’m so jealous. If you ARE wearing makeup please tell me what they are. Anyway, I really appreciate this recipe as I have been craving a big bold spicy “meaty” soup like 육개장 for a long time. I’m Korean but I have not eaten red meat or pork in almost 17 years (but I am flexitarian with broth-only if I go to a restaurant with limited menu options or a party like weddings). I don’t miss beef anymore but I miss hearty soups. I don’t know why I never thought about mushrooms for plant-based 육개장. For some reason I think I thought that it would just become watery so I end up just making kimchi jjigae instead. But you convinced me – thank you thank you for this recipe. My extended family on both sides are majority vegetarian or flexitarian Koreans for either religious or health purposes and I share your videos with my plant-based family members so your recipes are greatly appreciated! Love you ❤

Find a new boy friend. It’s not healthy to stick to one person for so long. No need to divorce. just sit him down and be honest and be mature about this topic. Talk about how It’s good to move and be free. I don’t know if this will help but osho talks about this. How it’s healthy to change partners. But also it doesn’t mean terminating ur life partner now. A change once in a while is healthy and may deepen ur marriage too. Please search up “osho marriage” if u feel like this is something u want to go into.
