    I was interested by your comment that gluten-free products are easier to digest. They certainly are for some, and perhaps they are for you, but gluten is not necessarily the villain, and gluten-free products are not necessarily healthier. Unless you are gluten intolerant or have a specific medical condition such as IBS I'm not sure there is sufficient evidence to suggest we should avoid it.

Also the production and style of your videos gets better with every video.
