I looooove ttoekboki, last time i made some, I added those tofu puffs and it was indeed AMAZING, i would highly recommend trying that😊 also I love to top it with raw cabbage. definitely trying your homemade sauce next time, I'm sure its 100% than the pre made mix

Another Asian staple after udon noodles which I cannot find around me but this time, I remember you mentioned a cheats version can be made with rice paper, right? And I actually have access most of the other ingredients…
Anyways, this really seems to be an extremely comforting recipe. Chewy, saucy, salty full of umami. Thank you for sharing Rose!

I love all the tips you give- like to put the frozen stuck together pieces into cold water for 10 min to separate. I would not have thought to do that and think I will try this out with lots of other frozen things that are stuck together 😛

I've been looking for puffy tofu. 3 Asian markets, no luck. Is freeze dried the same thing? I live in the US, and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Lol

Long time fan Rose, I hope it's ok to make this suggestion but I thought to recommend you look into a pop filter, your mic is really popping the b's and p's sounds.
