So delicious, a definite keeper. Thank you Chuck. I only had corn meal in the pantry, and was unsure how much to use. I stuck with 1 tablespoon, and that worked very well.
My dream would be being able to find a dish this healthy, beautiful, and delicious at big chain restaurants. I wish this food was the norm! You are a wonderful inspiration!
This looks so good, Chuck! I have everything to make it today. Thank you! I never thought to sauté using Aquafaba from the beans.. I’m always looking for alternative uses for Aquafaba other than desserts. I’ve used it with roasting vegetables, but never thought to use it with sautéing. I typically just water sauté, but i bet this is more flavorful and also doesn’t doesn’t waste the Aquafaba! Thank you!
I made thus last night along with vegan cheese sauce – fabulous!!! My hubby liked that it wasn’t as spicy as usual (I left out the jalapeño ). Thank you!!!
I do a similar recipe. However I put 1 tsp of cinnamon and cumin in addition to the sweet potatoes. Yum! Sometimes I just cook them like this. Add garlic too. They smell so good cooking. This idea is from Jamie Oliver.
Just taking a break from listening to how my city [Buffalo] is under curfew tonight…this looks REAL good…great idea to broil the sweet potatoes first. Thanks for posting!
I want to try this!!! 😍
this is almost identical to food wishes

I made this for the first time weeks ago and we loved it so much I've made a batch almost every week since.

Outrageously good
That’s interested with the cocoa ! I’m gonna try this recipe
Cocoa in chili??? I have never heard of that. Do you taste it in the chili? If not, why put it? Curious.
Another one I'm interested in trying. 👍
Annoying background music.
Dang, this looks great! And you sound like you're doing great! 🥰
Tasty, thanks for sharing!

Looks great!!! Welcome back, we missed you❤️❤️
Looks delicious! Thanks Chuck!
Well I know what I'm doing tomorrow
Coco and molasses are not compliant with Dr Esselstyn diet. Can I substrate these or omit them altogether?
Looks yummy!
So nice to see you back at it again!
Oh this looks like another winner, Chuck!
When I got the recipe yesterday in my inbox, I knew this would be an easy dish to prepare. Thank you Chuck. (Claire Dorsey on FB).
Thank you! I can't wait to try this. It looks great.
What a great idea to roast the sweet potatoes first! Looks good.
