That fresh corn trick is truly mindblowing! Such a great idea 😀 I'm the same as Cindy with raw onions – I've found that the Chris Kendall/Lissa Maris trick of freezing and then thawing them works for me, softens them up nicely too 🙂 also makes them keep for a long time 😉 Such an outstanding demonstration, would really love to have her as a regular 😌 loved your conversation too 💜 thank you so so much 💗

It was so pleasant to watch this episode even if I didn't see it live. She's very easy to listen to, gives you a lot of information and keeps things moving at a nice pace. Please please please have her on again. She's very relatable

Cindy was wonderful!! I think the chia pudding will be my favorite. My Mother made me tapioca pudding because I loved it so much….many, many years ago. Can't wait to try this version 🙂

POW!!! I totally get why you want Cindy Thompson back on the show as a regular. She is incredibly creative with a gorgeous presentation. Love her back story with the firefighters, as well. Her recipes are DE-LISH! Fun show, today, this is for sure, Chef AJ! Thank you. :):)
