Another excellent recipe! BTW, I have an off-the-wall question. How do you get your iodine? Is there a supplement you recommend? I don't see myself eating seaweed or anything like that. I'm finally over putting salt on and in my food and now I realize I haven't had iodine for 4 months and I'm worried. Sorry to bother and I love the channel!

I'm going to try this with rosemary and olives. I make cream cheez by bringing unsweetened soy milk to a boil and then turning it off and adding one half cup of lemon juice, let it coagulate for 20 minutes and then strain it thru cheesecloth and the let it set in the cheesecloth for 8 hours. I do not put it into a tofu press so it turns out like actual cream cheese.

Hi Jill, This looks delicious. Thanks for posting this recipe. Can't eat quinoa and oats or gluten, but buckwheat is fine. Can I use 3/4 + 3/4 cups of buckwheat groats to replace the oats. As well, and suggestions for substituting the 2 1/4 cups of rolled oats? More buckwheat or another whole grain? The rest of the ingredients are perfect. Thanks again, Jill.
