A video on peppers and how to use them, which ones to use when would be great. I think there are many people who are unfamiliar with peppers and so if you have some experience with them it might be a unique and popular video for all us newbie vegans who are attempting to make dishes for the first time using peppers, whether it be Indian, Asian, Mexican, foods, etc.

this is the third of your dishes that I make, little by little I remove the meat from my food, your recipes help me enormously, they are very pleasant to make, delicious, their taste is different each time, and they help us bring a lot of well-being, it is more than an encouragement to continue

If I add fenugreek seeds with the cumin seeds at the beginning of the simmer would that work well in place of the fenugreek leaves you added later on? I never have the leaves but always keep the seeds on hand cause I love them
