Hi Jill, you look extra beautiful today! Thank you for the recipe and how much time you put into your creations and content. I am becoming a member by the end of the year.

I will make this after someone reports back on how it turned out.

Like all your other recipes, this looks fantastic! Making tonight with veggie broth instead of prune juice, hope that won't change the taste too much! Bad weather here in the PNW right now, don't want to go to store, but this sounds sooo good! Thank you!!!

I just finished my leftover mushroom stroganoff for dinner (your recipe, of course) and now I see this. Guess I’m off to Costco tomorrow for another big container of mushrooms! 😁 Thank you! And may I say your hair looks especially nice in today’s video.

I'm a mushroom lover who can hardly wait to make this !!! For those who don't routinely drink very much prune juice: Sunsweet makes 4- or 6-paks of 5.5 oz cans, but it isn't organic. The only organic prune juices I know come in 32 oz bottles. Too much unless you intend to freeze smaller portions for later. Although you might have to play with the quantity, I think you could easily use organic prunes softened in a small amount of water and then ground up. Why not ???
