    regular potatos? whot about irregular potatos? must they be the same sise/weit/shape?
    regular potatos are very hard t find. most potatos ar irregular. it's natural.

    After trying your vegan Alfredo, which was amazing, I wanted to try a vegan Mac and cheese and it was hard for me to decide which recipe to use out of all of them. But then I remembered how amazing your Alfredo was and it was an instant decision. I made the Mac and cheese last night and it was impeccable! I only used 1/4 cup of nooch as I thought 1/2 would be too much and it turned out extremely well. Thank you so much for your amazing recipes, Petra!     Of course this recipe look's amazing but I notice something rather unusual in that then you dip your spoon into the mac & cheese bowl the coated pasta makes that same viscous sound that dairy cheese makes. It's fascinating and I curious what the cellular structure of both sauces look's like under a microscope. I'll get back to you on that later… after I've sampled a few bowl of this stuff, lol.

    OMG I just made this today it is Black Magic! I did alter it slightly I sautéd an onion and put 3 garlic cloves in the vegetable water so as not to use powdered garlic and onion. Amazing!!!!

    this worked really nice! thank u so much. i used 1 Carrot and 2 unripe bananas(plantae) instead of potatoes. i added 8 to 10 cashews and salt and pepper and lemon. i skipped the yeast.
