    You can make vegan ricotta with a block of firm tofu, a teaspoon of Italian dried herbs, a teaspoon of less of salt, one tablespoon of nutritional yeast, browned onion and garlic (2 cloves of garlic or one big clove of garlic) browned in some olive oil. Blend until smooth!

    I made this tonight. So good! Even my non vegan friend loved it. There is no vegan ricotta where I live and I had to use Daiya mozzarella. It was delicious but I bet it would've been better with the ricotta and the Follow Your Heart cheese.

    I recently discovered your channel through a friend of mine who is going vegan. I am not vegan and can't become totally vegan for a few reasons although I do have food allergies. The main allergy is to egg so I use a lot of vegan recipes. I found this one and I have to say it is by far one of the best I've tried!! It's so yummy and you can customize the veggies and make it just the way you like it 🙂 I made it last night and shared with my roommate! It's a hit with everyone vegan or not! Thank you for expanding my food horizons 🙂

    Just made this and it is amazingggg!!!!!! I bought all the cheese brands you used and they are bomb. I had previously tried daiya and the taste isn't the best. Can wait to make for others! Keep the recipes coming
