Tip: Since miso is a fermented food, it has probiotics and live cultures so it's kind of a waste to boil that all to death. Simple add it at the end when the soup has cooled down enough to a simmer.

I'm far from being vegan, but I'm no pork eater, most of kimchi jiggae recipes on internet contain pork and I'm afraid if I substitute the pork with other thing will be weird, so thank you! Love the idea of adding miso!
