Thanks for the tip about the firmness of beans. I could only find frozen Black Eyed Peas. When I first used them we thought they were awful…too firm and under cooked. I threw them in the ipot based on your suggestion to cook longer and bam creaminess goodness! I now realize that my family and I are team creamy beans! I’ve been really enjoying your videos😋

Happy new year! Black eye peas are soaking to make Kathy's slow cooker recipe for smokey & spicy black eye peas.
