I would have loved to have seen exactly what snacks you packed for your kids. I noticed some type of brownies, the Skinny Pop popcorn and pretzels but you didn’t really go through that crate for us. I’m really looking for healthier snacks for my kids and would have loved to see what all you packed for them.

Thank you, though, for your helpful tips on what you pack for yourself and the hubs. Going on a trip soon and am new to the WFPB lifestyle.

Last week I went camping for a week and premade and froze single serve containers of steel cuts oats with all the healthy goodies. Also made plant base meals which froze well. I replenished ice bags every few days and all the food stayed fresh and perfect till I heated them up at mealtime. Yes, it required a little planning and prep but made a weeks worth of healthy meals ready to go. Next trip I will add some of the goodies you suggested. Thanks so much for your videos:)

Yes! Would love to see what you eat in a day on vacation!! Thank you for this great video, Tia! Vacations can be “scary” for WFPB so your planning video is very helpful!

Love your thinking and explanation about investing some time and energy with food when traveling. It's so easy to bypass it because it can take some time. Thanks! Just followed on Instagram

Great ideas! I listened to many videos and I love that you do not count calories but I was wondering how to make sure I am not lacking vitamins. Do you recommend taking vitamins, just to be safe or do you have suggestions? Thanks for all the great videos!

Just arrived from a 2 week road trip in an RV caravan. I confess that I went off plan probably 25% of the time. Hard to resist or be prepared for the social gatherings while also dealing with all the challenges of RV life. BUT…. So appreciate you reminding me that packing (and preparing) our nutrition is just as important as all the other travel stuff. We have another 2 week trip next month and you've inspired me to do better!! Thanks, Tia!!

Yes, we definitely want to see what you eat on vacation wfpb. 😊👍🏽 Thanks for sharing your ideas. I like how you put your grapes and cherries in glass jars. I usually pack them in plastic bags (I know, horrible) but the jars would keep them from getting squashed.

I love you videos. Have a great trip! I would love to see a 'what I eat in a day on holidays' video, but only if it's not too much trouble. You are on vacation after all!
