It's great that she stopped consuming animals, but as I understand the definition as defined in recent decades, is not a diet. She has the frame of mind of a vegan, but for me it is not only diet, but in everything I purchase and do. My cars, personal-care products, clothes, and much more. I also seldom buy any processed foods. I eat 99% raw and I am doing great. It is far cheaper for me to eat. My shampoos and toothpaste used to be more expensive but not anymore.

This brought tears to my eyes. I am vegan but it’s tough sometimes. It’s not because of my love of vegetables because I don’t. But for my love of all animals. Thank you for your story. It will help me keep going .

This woman made me cry, for her age she is extremely beautiful, but the beauty of her character exceeds her appearance, what an amazing person. After listening to her, I am no longer buying cream for my coffee, and going completely vegan. This video is powerful in its message.

She said "your mince" not yermins. What a delightful grandmother. She’s doing better than most of the youngins (under age 70) that I know. My husband and I are vegan, but my children aren't. I wish I could influence them to make the change. <3

Mrs. Tahir, You are doing good by eating fruits instead of drinking the smoothie. While chewing fruits, we get lots of good bacteria from our mouth, which helps grow good bacteria in the gut.
