Thanks for video, I'm still trying to make a tofu dish my gf likes. Going to give this a go but freeze and thaw the tofu a few times. That method changes the texture so it's 'meaty', just haven't nailed the crunchy part yet.

Hi Savi, the flickering from the LCD panel is due to the fact that the frames per second recording rate of a camera is slower than human eye perception, effectively "slowing down" what we otherwise see as continuous light, but is instead a very fast flickering. The same can happen with neon tubes and some other light sources. It's nothing to be worried about, your camera is fine.
