I wonder if a dash of apple cider vinegar would be a good substitute for the mango powder? Since it also has a kind of fruity sour taste. I don't know what the mango powder tastes like so I could be completely off here, just wondering what a good alternative would be that won't affect the color.

Many thanks for the amchoor tip. I’ve seen many recipes using vegan lactic acid powder which is hard to find. The amchoor sounds like a great substitute.

Amazing video! I recommend trying chaat masala powder on top of cheesy products. It has green mango powder in it, but also black salt, and a few other spices.
