    Well, I did use oil, and I used greek yogurt… but this is the best butter chicken I have ever had! I’m using tofu but, this is so far beyond what I can get from restaurants near me. I love it! Thank you so much! This will be a staple

    Is there any other alternative for the yoghurt. In South Africa it’s not so easy to get vegan yoghurt off the shelf.

    I've been looking for a vegan butter chicken recipe and I'm so glad I came across this recipe! I made it today but I'm not sure why my mixture was still chunky and not as creamy-looking as yours even after cooking for 20 minutes and blending it in a blender. Since I didn't have butter chicken masala, I only used garam masala and I think that's why my curry was lacking flavor. Is there a substitute for butter chicken masala?
